Adobe Account Issues
If a user buys their adobe license using their @alfredstate.edu email it wont let them use their account or purchased apps correctly. They must change their email address to a personal.

How to get it?
- Go to Adobe.com
- Click Sign in on the upper right of the page.
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right and then click on "View Account"
- Click "Change Email"
- Enter a personal email that is not your alfredstate.edu address and click change.
- Use your alfredstate.edu email as the secondary email
- Sign out of your adobe Apps and back in to verify you have access.
