Student Can't Access Their Adobe Account

If you purchased adobe products using alfredstate.edu as your primary email address and are having trouble access your apps/account. This will help you change your email to a personal email and restore your access to your purchased products.

Adobe Account Issues

If a user buys their adobe license using their @alfredstate.edu email it wont let them use their account or purchased apps correctly. They must change their email address to a personal.

How to get it?
  1. Go to Adobe.com
  2. Click Sign in on the upper right of the page.  
  3. Click on your profile icon in the upper right and then click on "View Account" Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Click "Change Email"Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Enter a personal email that is not your alfredstate.edu address and click change.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. Use your alfredstate.edu email as the secondary email
  7. Sign out of your adobe Apps and back in to verify you have access.
