How to search for a Knowledge Base article or Service

If you are unable to easily figure out where an article is located, try using the Search option instead. Search is often a quicker and easier way to find exactly what you're looking for.

Using the Search box

1. Click in the Search box at the top right of the Help Desk site https://alfredstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/277/Portal/Home/

2. Type in key words relevant to the service or knowledge base article you are looking for, then click on the magnifying glass or hit enter. (NOTE: This will show results for both Services and Knowledge Base Articles)

3. You can change the search results to only show results from Services, Knowledge Base, or Questions by clicking on the globe icon on the search bar and choosing from the dropdown
