The Service Catalog is where all the requestable services that technology services provides to faculty, staff, and students are located. These can be things such as assistance with getting connected to wireless, reporting an issue in a classroom, downloading software, and more.
Using the Service Catalog
1. You can access the service catalog by going to our Help Desk page at alfredstate.teamdynamix.com/SBTDClient/277/Portal/Home/ and clicking on the "Request Help" button

2. You will now see a list of categories for our services, they are named according to the services within and have a short description of the contents.

3. Use these categories to navigate to the service which you are looking for, open it to view more information and to place your request.
4. Once you have verified you are requesting the appropriate service click the Request Service button near the top right (NOTE: It may say something besides Request Service)

5. Fill out all requested fields and then click on the Submit button in the bottom left to send your request to the Help Desk
