How to use the Knowledge Base to Find Answers & Solutions

Using the Knowledge Base

1. First you must navigate to the Alfred State Help Desk site at https://alfredstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/277/Portal/Home/ then click on "Knowledge Base" at the top of the page

2. Now browse through the listed categories for whichever applies to your request or issue and click on it, each category has a description of what articles they contain.

3. Browse the listed articles and click on whichever applies to you

4. If you were unable to locate an article related to your issue you can try searching for it with key words in the top right
