Disable Account

Overview

This service is for the Human Resources department to be able to request for an account to be disabled due to an employee resigning or retiring. Typically this is submitted with the employee separation form. You can request this service by clicking the "Disable Account" button on this page.

Common Requests

  • An employee resigned and needs their account disabled
  • An employee is resigning and needs their account expired/disabled after a certain date
    • Create an @retired.alfredstate.edu email for them if yes to the retirement account question
