New/Renew Account

Overview

This service is for Human Resources to request a new account or to have an existing account renewed after completing the onboarding process on their end. To request this service, click the "Request New Account" button on this page.

Common Requests

  • Have a new account created for new employee
  • An employee who was leaving decided not to or was hired again and needs their account enabled
