Common Requests
- I need a Team created to organize my department or project communications and file sharing
- Remove Team that is no longer used.
- Update Owner. Original owner has left and there are no other owners to manage changes.

MS Teams Creation Process
- Your regular Client Services Tech may request more information if it's needed.
- Once needed information is gathered, and the request doesn't meet any disqualification criteria, your regular Client Services Tech will create the Team for you.
- You or the requested owners will be invited into the Team and be made owners of it.
- Your regular Client Services Tech will leave the Team if no further support is needed or if it is requested for them to do so.
- This gives the requester or requested owners the reigns to invite people in and create content on the Team
