This service page is to request service for Pharos account issues. If you can log into your Alfred State account on lab computers, the portal, or webmail but Pharos doesn't work, then click the Request Service button on this page, and fill out the form to the best of your ability.
Common Issues
- I can't log into Pharos, while I can log into everything else
- My Pharos funds aren't showing up (correctly)
