- Submitting tickets and contacting the Help Desk will ensure quicker service. If you contact your favorite Client Services Technician directly they may not be available to respond in a timely manner. A technician may be off or out taking care of another issue. The fastest way to receive assistance is to place a work order this way your issue is immediately in our system.
