Wi-Fi and Network Support

Overview

This service is to report issues with campus Wi-Fi and wired networks. Instances of what this service should be used for is if you have Wi-Fi connection or performance issues where there should be Wi-Fi, you notice a broken port in a classroom or dorm room, or need a network port where there isn't any available. This service is open to both Faculty/Staff and students. You can request this service by clicking the Request Service button on this page.
