Troubleshooting
  • No Second Popup (Cost Confirmation Window) - Typically a connection issue (from not being on ASC-WiFi or a lab machine), you can try on a lab machine to be sure. If nobody is getting the second popup the server is likely down and you should let the Help Desk know.

  • Not Enough Funds? - If you have run out of funds because you printed too much you can add CSA to your account through ACES, after other funds are exhausted, it will switch to pulling from your CSA. If you were ONLY printing for academic purposes (required by your professor) and still ran out, please contact the Help Desk explaining the situation, specifically telling us what your major is, what you were required to print, and how much printing money you started with if you know.

  • "The Printer is offline" - This means that pharos cannot reach the printer itself, if the lab is staffed they may be able to restart the printer, otherwise it is best to locate another printer or lab (and we recommend you let Help Desk know where the offline printer is)
